Description
The Bassanina Rotor 68 rotary oven is perfect for producing bakery products and small and medium-sized confectionery masterpieces. This series is made of high-quality materials - high-strength stainless steel. The presence of an electromechanical panel makes the baking process simple and convenient. The heating elements in such an oven are located in a group in the area of the back wall. The chamber in the rotary oven is small, but deep enough. There is a wide viewing window and internal lighting.

Instructions for water when connecting the Rotary Oven.
Water hardness should not exceed 25 French degrees, otherwise the efficiency of the evaporator will decrease and, therefore, more frequent maintenance will be required. If the water is hard, we recommend using a water softener .
