Bain-maries (from French - saucepan, kettle) are a type of equipment for factory kitchens, canteens, which is installed on serving lines and is designed to keep ready-made first and second courses hot in a non-portioned state. This equipment has also proven itself excellent in organizing buffets. We offer to purchase a stationary electric model of the bain-marie E7BM8M from the European brand Bertos (Italy), widely known for its original developments in the field of professional kitchen equipment. This model is designed on an open base (without a lid). In the lower part there is an open shelf for kitchen utensils. The bain-marie is made of high-quality stainless steel. It is possible to adjust the front legs in height. The required temperature is set and maintained automatically, control is carried out using a built-in temperature relay. Gastronorm containers are heated on water vapor using a system of thermoelectric heaters. The heating elements are protected from overheating of the equipment during dry running by an automatic relay-switch located on the casing of the bain-marie.Specification
