Built-in washing system, steam humidification, temperature probe, 240 preset cooking programs and the ability to support up to 9 stages per 1 cooking cycle. It is possible to load gastronorm containers with the narrow side. Power – 7.8 kW. Temperature mode in the range of 30-260 C. Control panel type – touch.
