The Mondial Forni SLIM-9T rotary oven consists of three parts (proofing chamber or stand with guides, deck oven, rotary oven), which makes it the most versatile. Rotary oven with a trolley on 9 pairs of guides, designed for small bakeries. Baking temperature: 300 C max. Excellent ratio of baking area (2.16-2.76 sq. m.) and external dimensions (floor surface 1.2 sq. m.). Modern design allows you to place the oven in full view of customers. The trolley is easily pulled out for cleaning it and the baking chamber. Programmable control panel (99 programs, 9 baking modes). Deck oven with a capacity of 2 baking trays measuring 600x400 mm or 1 baking tray measuring 600x800 mm. Designed for baking hearth breads and bakery products with a steam generator. Hearth height 200 - 250 mm. Digital control panel. Baking area - 0.6 m2. The proofing chamber includes a fan that maintains a stable temperature. The chamber operates in two modes - only heating or heating and humidification. The temperature is regulated by a thermostat, and the humidity is controlled by a switch: water is supplied automatically to the humidifier. It is not necessary to regulate the room temperature. Possibility of using a trolley with a capacity of 8-10 baking trays (400x600)
